Editorial policy
How Learning Fanatic attributes sources, labels uncertain evidence and handles errors.
Sources and attribution
We name where information comes from and link to it, so you can read the original. Where we rely on a single outlet, we say so.
We summarise and explain in our own words. Short quotations are credited.
Uncertain evidence
We label early, company-reported and single-source information as such, and we say what would change the picture. See How we verify for the labels and what they mean.
Review before publishing
Nothing is published until a person has checked that its sources open, its numbers match those sources, and it sits in the right category.
Errors and corrections
If you think we have made an error, tell us. We correct confirmed errors promptly and note the change on the story.
To report an error, email durugkar.sibling@gmail.com. Say which story and what is wrong, and link to a source if you can.
What this site is not
